* Filling and opening invoices
* Consolidate monthly report for manager
* Prepare letter of Offer and documentations before candidates depart for placement
* Ensure clients documents are complete before hiring
* Assist and support recruitment assistant
* Assist recruitment officer in hiring and screening of prospective candidates.
* Screen and select resumes for the Candidates
* Conduct screening of candidates on phone
* Arrange and send interview letters to candidates
* Display job positions on various websites
* Assist recruitment staff in researching additional positing options
* Review and assess candidates’ suitability for the required pots
* Build and manage candidates’ database
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
