Role Purpose

Responsible for optimizing workflow, managing project timelines, and ensuring effective communication within the creative team. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including designers, copywriters, and clients, to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.

Key Accountability

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate creative projects from initiation to completion. Ensure that all project requirements are well-defined, deadlines are met, and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Traffic Management: Create and maintain project schedules, manage project calendars, and monitor workloads to prevent bottlenecks. Assign tasks to team members based on their strengths and availability.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between creative team members and BUs to clarify project objectives, gather feedback, and provide status updates. Keep all stakeholders informed about project progress.
  • Resource Allocation: Work with the Creative Directors & Commercial Brand Comm rep to allocate resources effectively, ensuring that the right team members are assigned to each project based on their skills and availability.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality in creative work by reviewing and proofing deliverables. Ensure that all work aligns with the brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Deadline Management: Track project milestones and deadlines, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on schedule. Address any potential delays proactively.
  • Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets and resource utilisation. Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide input into project cost estimates.

Qualifications & Working Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 4 - 5 years' experience in traffic management and project coordination within a creative services environment.

Areas of Experience

  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with the airline industry and its marketing practices is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
