Job description

Scope:

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities (70%)

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure all onboarding documentation is complete.
  • Manage exit processes, including clearance and final settlements.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records (e.g., personal information, leave balances).
  • Track employee attendance, leave applications, and timesheets.

Payroll & Benefits

  • Collect and verify payroll data (e.g., attendance, overtime, deductions).
  • Assist in processing salaries and managing employee benefits such as health insurance and claims.

Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in drafting and communicating HR policies to employees.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Accounts & Administrative Responsibilities (30%)

Invoice & Billing Management

  • Prepare and issue invoices, purchase order, quotation, delivery order

General Office Administration

  • Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management.
  • Organize and maintain documentation, both physical and digital.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Vehicle road tax & insurance renewal

Reporting

  • Prepare regular HR and financial reports for management review.
  • Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Degree holder in Human Resources Management, or related qualification.
  • At least 2 years of working experiences in HR or a related field. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
  • Experienced with SQL HRMS system or equivalent
  • Required skill (s): MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to start immediately will be an advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
