Responsibilities
- Source and procure goods and services in line with company policies and budget.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Research market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist with general office administration, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing office supplies.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement and administrative support roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
