  • Source and procure goods and services in line with company policies and budget.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Research market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist with general office administration, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing office supplies.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for documents and records.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement and administrative support roles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
