Formulate and implement production operation strategies to ensure production efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, and meet organizational goals.
Supervise daily production activities and coordinate the work of various departments.
Analyze production data, control costs, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize production processes.
Lead the team, develop employee skills, and enhance the overall performance of the team.
Manage company budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure profitability.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, ISO certifications and regulatory compliance (environmental, safety, etc.).
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations concerning product safety, environmental standards, and manufacturing practices.

Job requirements

Minimum 10 years of working experience with 3 years in a senior management position.
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in engineering, management, or electromechanical fields.
Possess more than 5 years of experience in production management and team management.
Familiar with production processes and quality management systems, with strong data analysis skills
Possess strong communication skills and a team spirit, with the ability to work under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of driving growth and operational excellence.
This position is based Taman Perindustrian Air Hitam 41200 Klang Selangor.
