Job Descriptions:

Receive and process incoming stocks and materials.
Oversee the management of stock within the organization.
Handle all data entries and inventory of all stocks including receiving, issuing and dispatching stock within all the outlets.
Records and maintains inventory for all goods and materials in the warehouse.
Process all transaction for orders or request.
Support organizing and participate in stock takes at regular intervals.
Ensure all the inventory transaction for all outlets are accurate.
Manage effective and efficient workload distribution among the team and department.
Take responsibility and Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior and the Management.

Job Requirements:

Malaysian
At least 1 or 2 years experience in related industry (warehouse and inventory)
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM (Preferred).
Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft Excel / Word will be an advantage.
Knowledgeable in Autocount system will be a priority.
Required language(s) both written and spoken: Mandarin, Bahasa English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized and excellent time management skills.
Self-motivated and self-discipline.
Able to work under fast pace environment.
Good team player and able to start work immediately.
