- Support Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate invoices, follow up on payments, and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Organize and file financial documents and streamline accounting processes.
- Providing administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, including screening applications and scheduling interviews
- Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Supporting the payroll and benefits administration processes
- Conducting research and analysis to support HR initiatives
- To prepare project documentation as per customer requirement and submit within expected dateline
- To ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and is easily retrievable.
- To follow up closely with manufacturers for documents to be submitted as per contract timeline
- To perform ad-hoc assignments if required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM500.00 per month
