Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure routine and scheduled tasks are carried out
  • To be stationed at each respective areas as assigned
  • To assist customers and patients and attend to all their enquiries
  • To direct customers to their desired locations
  • To provide support and assistance to the other departments (where required)
  • To control crowd at the lift areas
  • To assist customers to fill up the Patient Experience via QR code/tablets
  • To keep updated with all the new information regarding hospitals i.e consultant directories and facilities in the hospitals
  • To inform the respective department in the event of i.e faulty lift, not enough chairs, single queue system down/ machine out of paper.
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction is fulfilled and exceed where possible and candidate can achieved by maintaining:
  • a smile, eye contact and greet customers by addressing them as Sir/Mdm.
  • To promote teamwork among staff by developing good rapport with other department while carrying out duties
  • Be proactive in assisting the customers
  • Ensure proper and clean attire during working hours
  • Maintain personal hygiene

Job Requirements

  • Candidates with limited experience or Student on semester break are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
  • For student applications, must be able to commit 3 months contract
  • Willing to work in Sungai Long, Cheras
  • Jobs required a lot of standing and walking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)

  • Bahasa (Required)
