We are looking for an experienced Nexus Success Manager to take charge of our Training and Coaching segment, elevate team performance, and spearhead impactful marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
Training & Development:
- Lead skill-building training sessions for new and existing NEXUS team members.
- Organize and facilitate engaging recruitment and sales workshops.
- Design and deliver compelling recruitment seminars.
- Develop comprehensive training modules for online platforms and sales approaches.
- Mentor and support team members to ensure their ongoing professional development.
Campaign Management:
- Formulate and execute innovative sales and recruitment campaigns to drive team expansion.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, optimizing strategies to achieve maximum results.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate insightful reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and recruitment outcomes.
- Track and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), including a target of 1500 new recruits per month.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
- Partner with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and presentations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to enhance marketing initiatives.
Innovation & Improvement:
- Identify and implement innovative tools and techniques to improve outreach and engagement.
- Continuously refine recruitment and sales processes to drive efficiency and success.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute impactful company events, including corporate meetings and networking events.
- Ensure all events are executed smoothly, on budget, and meet their objectives.
Brand Management:
- Enhance the company's brand image and reputation across all channels.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and expand market presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience, ideally in a managerial role within an MLM company.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- High ethical standards and professional conduct, with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
