  • Source new consignments by building relationships with consignors, conducting outreach, and identifying market opportunities.
  • Manage auction software systems and technology infrastructure for online bidding, live-streaming, and tracking client bids.
  • Oversee the post-auction settlement process, ensuring payment collection and the return or shipping of unsold items.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our auction house. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, impeccable organizational skills, and a passion for the auction industry. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence and upholding our reputation for world-class service.

Requirement:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in managing operational teams.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, Art History, or a related field is typically preferred.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
  • Strong ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Ability to address operational challenges and ensure smooth auctions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, timelines, and budgets.
  • Familiarity with auction management software, inventory systems, and client relationship management tools.
