SCAFFOLD SUPERVISOR / INSPECTOR

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure scaffolding safety and stability.
• Coordinate with construction teams to plan scaffolding requirements for various project phases.
• Ensure all scaffolding work adheres to local regulations and project specifications.
• Provide training and guidance to scaffolders, promoting a strong safety culture.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities, inspections, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and safety officers to address site-specific challenges.

Requirements:

• Certification in Advanced Scaffolding or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of scaffolding supervision experience, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and scaffold design.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
