  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

A production supervisor oversees the operations of a production facility, including the production team and the manufacturing process. Their responsibilities include:

1) Ensuring a safe work environment

Ensuring that production follows safety procedures and equipment maintenance.

2) Achieving production targets

Overseeing daily, weekly and monthly operations, ensuring production targets are met. Meeting

production goals while maintaining quality standards

3)Leading the production team

Providing guidance, coaching, and discipline to production employees. Assigning workflow

assignments and shift schedules.

4) Planning and scheduling

Planning work schedules and production processes

5) Reporting on performance

Preparing weekly report and reports on production output and performance, and presenting them

to senior managers.

6) Improving efficiency

Identifying and troubleshooting any production issues. Making recommendations for improving

employee efficiency and job satisfaction

7) Implementing cost reduction strategies

Implementing strategies to reduce manufacturing costs.

8) Enforcing company, industry, and government regulations.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Possess 2-3 years relevant working experience.
  • Minimum of SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Production Management/Engineering or equivalent requirements.
  • Proficiently in Mandarin and Malay (to communicate with team and Management effectively).
  • Able to work extend hours if required.
  • Ability to travel locally and outstation, if required.
  • Act as a liaison between management and production staff.
  • Willing to work in Klang/ Rawang/Bestari Jaya, Selangor, manufacturing factory.
