Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic Customer Success Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be the key bridge between Pixalink and our clients, responsible for both acquiring new business and ensuring our clients' success with our platform.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Executive at Pixalink in Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some remote work. Our company practice 2 days working from home and 3 days working from office. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer onboarding, support SOP, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing our customer loyalty and WhatsApp automation solutions
  • Drive sales closure and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
  • Lead customer onboarding processes and ensure smooth implementation of our solutions
  • Provide ongoing customer support and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Collect and manage client information and requirements for successful platform setup
  • Work closely with our technical team to ensure client needs are met
  • Document client feedback and feature requests to help improve our product

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or customer success (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn and explain software solutions
  • Good in using CRM
  • Experience in F&B or retail industry is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
