Assistant Storekeeper

Responsibilities :

• To handle entire store operation (bike spare parts, accessories & merchandise) and co-operate with personnel within different department.
• Participate in physical stock count preparation and assist in complying with the final reports.
• Maintain up to date records of all parts/stock movements.
• Perform and maintain good housekeeping of warehouse.
• In charge of order planning, receiving, picking, quality control and packing activities.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & carry out housekeeping (5S) practice in warehouse.
• Prepare arranging and stacking of goods
• Report any damaged or stock discrepancies immediately to the Superior
• Transfer stock to relevant departments as instructed by superior.
• Work requires heavy lifting due to bulky items.
• Check goods that arrive and ensure that they are in good order and correct quantity before transfer into the store.
• Ensure the stockroom is organized and orderly.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Candidates with at least 1 year experience in storekeeping (automotive) or related
• Ability to proficiently speak & write in Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Know basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office Words & Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
