Key skills: • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Good literacy and numeracy skills. • Familiar with Malaysia Code of Practices, contract administration and submission procedures • Able to demonstrate strong design ability and engineering skills and knowledge • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment • Able to quickly develop successful client relationships • Ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines is essential • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills Jobscope: Assist in design management, coordination and project control on major infrastructure projects. You will be expected to work under minimal supervision within a defined area of responsibility on design activities. This may include being responsible for specific parts of an internal or external design project, managing, coordination and carry out detailed design. Specifically, you will be responsible for: • Checking the quality and accuracy of own and others work. • Coordinating and liaising with internal and external parties in producing engineering designs • Attending meetings and manage communication records internally and with clients • Coordinate statutory submissions for civil and structural engineering design for projects including managing the production of drawings and reports.
