HR Manager will support full spectrum of HR Functions, to ensure smooth operation of all HR related activites. This role responsible and overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes including recruiting & staffing, employee relations, payroll, performance management, training and development, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support full spectrum of HR Function; recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee welfare & relations. - Manage payroll processing; allowances, deductions, statutory contributions, yearly EA form, filling of Form E and others. Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages. - Manage employees' queries on HR Maters. - Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. - Handling HRDC training application and reimbursement. - Responsible for all HR Documentations and administration such as employment contracts, transfer, personnel documents, medical records, etc - Responsible for preparing internal & external HR Audit Any other task assigned from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: At least 10 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry. - Strong knowledge of Employment Act 1955 SKILLS: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in SQL Payroll and Microsoft Office Suite. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
