  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with company goals, emphasizing cost savings, quality, and sustainability.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers & subcontractor and evaluate their capabilities in delivery, quality, and cost.
  • Implement strategic sourcing methodologies, including spend analysis and supplier segmentation.
  • Establish and maintain robust supplier relationships through regular communication and performance evaluations.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Streamline procurement processes and enforce efficient policies and procedures.
  • Leverage technology to automate procurement processes and reduce manual errors.
  • Monitor global market trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify cost-saving opportunities through bulk purchasing and standardization.
  • Lead and develop the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting mechanisms to track procurement metrics and provide strategic insights to senior management.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proficient in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and automation tools.
  • Ability to manage risks and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Having various source of suppliers or subcontractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
