Job Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with company goals, emphasizing cost savings, quality, and sustainability.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers & subcontractor and evaluate their capabilities in delivery, quality, and cost.
- Implement strategic sourcing methodologies, including spend analysis and supplier segmentation.
- Establish and maintain robust supplier relationships through regular communication and performance evaluations.
- Negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Streamline procurement processes and enforce efficient policies and procedures.
- Leverage technology to automate procurement processes and reduce manual errors.
- Monitor global market trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify cost-saving opportunities through bulk purchasing and standardization.
- Lead and develop the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop comprehensive reporting mechanisms to track procurement metrics and provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proficient in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement software and automation tools.
- Ability to manage risks and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Having various source of suppliers or subcontractors.
