Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Designer will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling visual content that enhances brand identity, supports marketing initiatives, and drives audience engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, proficiency in design tools, and an ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, impactful designs.
Key Responsibilities
Design Development:
- Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including digital ads, social media posts, website banners, email templates, and print materials like brochures and flyers.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual identity and tone.
Campaign Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that achieve business goals.
Innovative Concepts:
- Develop fresh, creative concepts for promotions, events, and product launches, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
Data-Driven Design:
- Analyze campaign performance and adapt designs based on insights and feedback to optimize engagement and conversion.
Asset Management:
- Manage and maintain a library of digital assets, templates, and design files for efficient use and collaboration.
Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Figma or Canva.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools and animation software is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong creative and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and design best practices for web and mobile platforms.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
