Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Content Creation and Management:
- Develop, edit, and publish engaging web content, including articles, product descriptions, blogs, and landing pages.
- Ensure all website content aligns with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to maintain a visually appealing and user-friendly website.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research to optimize website content for search engines.

3. Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote web content and drive traffic.

4. Social Media Integration:
- Develop and share web content on social media platforms to increase reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with the social media team to align website content with social media strategies.

5. Content Strategy Development:
- Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent updates.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark and refine content strategies.
6. Customer Engagement and Feedback:
- Monitor user behavior and feedback on the website to improve content and navigation.
- Implement tools like surveys or feedback forms to gather user insights.
Key Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or website management.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website design principles.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and digital advertising tools.
Soft Skills:
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategy.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and web analytics.
