Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent updates.

6. Customer Engagement and Feedback:

  • Monitor user behavior and feedback on the website to improve content and navigation.
  • Implement tools like surveys or feedback forms to gather user insights.

Key Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or website management.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website design principles.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and digital advertising tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:
