  • To attend to Owners/Residents complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully;
  • To be responsible for proper accounting system and key-in payments received from Owners/Residents;
  • To issue official receipts for the payment;
  • To prepare payment vouchers/cheques and key-in the payment to the accounting software system;
  • To generate debtor aging report and statements for the Owners/Residents;
  • To maintain proper filing system as per the head office guidelines ;
  • To maintain proper recording of stock and inventory;
  • To ensure availability of all forms and documents as prescribed by the Company operation system and ensure proper documentation of the same at all times;
  • To check and process goods / works order before submitting for certification by the Building Manager;
  • To ensure the maintenance office is kept clean and tidy at all times;

Requirements :-

  • Diploma/Degree in Property Management/Business Admin or any related field;
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in Strata Property Management Office;
  • Knowledge of the CSS or Condomaster accounting software;
  • Fresh graduate in Real Estate Management are encouraged to apply;
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
