Job Role:
· Coordinate the employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
· Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
· Oversee the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
· Develop and administer employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations, including the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and other applicable Malaysian Employment Acts, as well as regulations related to the Social Security Organization (SOCSO) and the Employees Provident Fund (EPF).
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
Job Requirements:
· Min bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Min 5 years of experience in HR management roles, with a proven track record of success.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
