  • Create leases, review and maintain lease agreements, and ensure compliance with lease terms
  • Manage lease renewals, extensions, and terminations
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, monitor lease expiration dates, and identify potential liabilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to leasing contracts
  • Generate regular reports on lease status and performance
  • Maintain and update lease records in the database
  • SPM / Diploma
  • At least 1 to 3 years working experience
  • Aptitude towards retail trend spotting.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage – for specific leasing category.
  • Able to multitask and work independently or in a team to handle a diverse group of people.
  • Good command in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
