- Create leases, review and maintain lease agreements, and ensure compliance with lease terms
- Manage lease renewals, extensions, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, monitor lease expiration dates, and identify potential liabilities
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to leasing contracts
- Generate regular reports on lease status and performance
- Maintain and update lease records in the database
- SPM / Diploma
- At least 1 to 3 years working experience
- Aptitude towards retail trend spotting.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage – for specific leasing category.
- Able to multitask and work independently or in a team to handle a diverse group of people.
- Good command in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
