  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

The Outlet Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the Jardin Coffee & Tea outlet to which he/she is assigned and will fulfil any other duties assigned by the Operation Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a profitable and reputable outlet, execute product & sales promotion, draft/arrange staff schedule, and educating all staff members on all products & services
  • Maintain the highest standards of products of the Jardin Coffee & Tea stands for
  • Maintain efficient and smooth operation and work environment.
  • Maintain a comfortable, conducive outlet.
  • Perform a daily inventory of baked offs and daily items to ensure that a par stock is maintained.
  • Documenting & completing the operation reports
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Certificate in F&B/ Business Administration/ Hospitality Management/ Culinary schooling with 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • A team player with good leadership and interpersonal skill.
  • Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels.
  • Able to adapt to organizational changes and able to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
