1. Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Finance Executive Assistant to support our executive team in:
2. Key Responsibilities:
a. Administrative Support:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for finance executives.
- Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of finance executives.
- Drafting and preparing financial reports, presentations, and documents.
b. Financial Data Management:
- Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintaining financial records and databases.
- Performing data entry and ensuring accuracy of financial information.
c. Expense Management:
- Processing expense reports and reimbursements.
- Monitoring and tracking expenses against budgets.
d. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Assisting in financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis.
- Generating financial reports and summaries for management review.
e. Project Support:
- Supporting finance-related projects, such as system implementations or process improvements.
- Coordinating project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
f. Compliance and Regulatory Support:
- Assisting with compliance activities, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
- Helping prepare documentation for audits and regulatory filings.
g. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Liaising with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders on financial matters.
- Handling inquiries and providing information as needed.
3. Qualifications:
a. Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting is typically required. (min CGPA:2.8)
- Previous experience in a finance-related role or as an executive assistant supporting finance executives is preferred but not compulsory.
4. Skills:
a. Financial Acumen:
- Understanding of financial principles, accounting processes, and financial analysis techniques.
b. Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyse financial data and draw meaningful insights.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
c. Communication Skills:
- Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written.
- Ability to explain financial information to non-finance professionals.
d. Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Familiarity with financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
e. Organizational Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
f. Discretion and Confidentiality:
- Handling sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity.
g. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
h. Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a positive attitude.

Contract length: 8 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
