Working Hour

  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities

  • To monitor, process, and arrange delivery for incoming customer order.
  • To prepare documents such as Quotations, Stock Replenishment Form, etc, if any.
  • To communicate and follow up with customers on their order(s).
  • To prepare Sales Order and to ensure all the required information is clearly stated on the Sales Order.
  • To monitor and prepare reports Outstanding Order On Hand.
  • To coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
  • To monitor customers’ payment status.
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistic Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply.
  • A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
