Job Responsibilities
- To monitor, process, and arrange delivery for incoming customer order.
- To prepare documents such as Quotations, Stock Replenishment Form, etc, if any.
- To communicate and follow up with customers on their order(s).
- To prepare Sales Order and to ensure all the required information is clearly stated on the Sales Order.
- To monitor and prepare reports Outstanding Order On Hand.
- To coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
- To monitor customers’ payment status.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistic Management or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply.
- A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
