ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • Handle HR related matters and payroll calculations
  • Prepare invoices to customers
  • Maintain good filing system for invoices and documents
  • Assist in answering incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Monitor documents dispatched and received

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
  • Good in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with AutoCount software will be an added advantage
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong (Jalan PPU 3A, Pusat Teknologi Sinar Puchong)
