Description:

The role involves supporting firmwide operations, coordinating with client teams, and managing the full administrative process for client engagements, from onboarding to completion. Additionally, it includes handling various audit-related administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative duties.
  • To organise the returns of physical files to the filing rooms.
  • To ensure that the physical mails and couriers are forwarded to the Engagement Teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation
  • Monitor on the office supplies
  • Other administrative duties (to be updated on a need basis).
  • Execute diverse administrative duties across numerous engagements.
  • Handling physical and logistic aspect of the job

Job requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administrative or equivalent field of studies is preferred.
  • Preferably minimum 1 year work experience in a similar capacity. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Skilled in document management, office management, etc.
  • Computer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook.
  • Good interpersonal and strong verbal communication skills. English is a must.
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Empathy and adaptability.
  • Be thorough and pay attention to details.
  • Flexible and open to change.
  • Strong learning ability, proactive work attitude and good personality
  • Multitasking skills are needed.
  • Strong sense of punctuality and ability to adhere to deadlines consistently.
  • Demonstrates discipline in managing tasks, following company policies, and maintaining professional behaviour.
  • Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage
  • Working location KL area, walk 2 mints to LRT station

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
