- Answer telephone calls and pass them on.
- To be responsible for all mails and letters delivered to office.
- Prepare letters and documents for courier and post.
- Take over the duties of Operation Executive when she is on leave.
- Order office supplies. Maintain records of stationery.
- Prepare Purchase Order for office and factory
- Maintain contact lists of all suppliers and repair
- Maintain up-to-date employee holiday, MC and unpaid leave records
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Greet and assist visitors to the office. Inform employer of any guest in the office
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Carry out other assignments that may be given by the employer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
