Houskeeping Supervisor

• Supervise and monitor day to day operation.
• Arrange the manpower needed for daily operation and assign the daily task and job function to Housekeeping Attendant accordingly.
• Monitors the performance of the staffs to ensure the assigned jobs are done properly and timely.
• Carry out the supervision and inspection to ensure the assigned duties given to staff or outside contractor are efficiently and correctly done.
• Perform regular inspection on housekeeping areas and facilities to ensure it is always ready to be used by the guests. Take corrective action on malfunction, maintenance requirements etc.
• Perform monthly housekeeping inventory and ensure the items are available or stock are balance. Provide report on shortages of stock and repair or any maintenance requirements.
• Ensure room amenities and supplies are adequate for the smooth operation of housekeeping activities and raise purchase requisition if necessary.
• Coordinate and inform concern department on guest facilities that ready for use and/or not allow to be used.
• Assist in investigating and handling guest or staff complaint (if possible) and carried out corrective action.
• Staff management and development.
• Establish and maintain staff relations resolve grievances wherever possible.
• Carry out appropriate monitoring and checking on staffs conduct, hygiene, uniforms and appearance.
• Assist to provide on the job training to new and existing Housekeeping Attendant.
• Perform daily attendance check and report to superior for non-conformity. Take action where necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
