Job Description

  • Work as Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator on assisting the Project Manager in managing procurement processes and documentation
  • Prepare and review purchase orders, variance order, delivery order ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Track and monitor procurement timelines to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant qualifications in Project Management, but preferably Software Engineer, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Individual who is passionate, resourceful, self-motivated, highly committed, a team player, and able to motivate others
  • Strong leadership qualities

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
