Project: E-hailing & deliveries services
Working Days: 6 days’ work, 1 day off
Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational shift
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
Able to work on rotational shifts.
Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
Age Group: 18-55 years old.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Good computer literacy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM2,600.00 per month
