  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee financial systems, office administration, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will lead cross-departmental initiatives to ensure smooth operations and drive business growth while aligning with company goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage financial systems, budgets, and reports to meet HQ and company standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and oversee accounting processes.
  • Oversee HR tasks to support team development.
  • Manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, employment, and other local legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives and growth.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and implement improvement plans.
  • Support the director in decision-making and problem-solving for daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and HR management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational tools.
  • Independent, resourceful, and proactive in driving solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
