MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
- Partner with key distributors, develop new opportunities, implement sales and marketing strategies and manage day-to-day business activities to achieve established revenue goals within the assigned territory.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers, stakeholders and KOLs
- Prospect new business, generate leads and move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Support contract negotiation and onboarding process for new distributors
- Support proposal and bid preparation
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to meet established financial goals
- Support stock replenishment activities and demand planning
- Liaise with Customer Care team to monitor and track delivery of customers’ orders
- Track and report sales calls and opportunities using SFDC
- Provide customers support through email, phone, virtual and in person meetings
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline in life sciences
- 10+ years of sales experience preferably in medical device or pharma
- Experience in B2B sales and distributor management in healthcare is desirable
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
