Key Responsibilities:
1. Food and Beverage Service:
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
- Serving guests in restaurants, banquets, or events.
- Learning and practicing customer service skills, including taking orders, recommending menu items, and handling guest inquiries.
2. Operational Support:
- Assisting with the daily operations of the kitchen, bar, or dining area.
- Stocking and organizing ingredients, supplies, and cleaning equipment.
- Ensuring cleanliness and maintaining hygiene standards in work areas.
3. Inventory and Stock Management:
- Assisting in managing inventory, tracking stock levels, and learning about procurement.
- Supporting stock rotation, storage practices, and waste management procedures.
4. Learning and Development:
- Observing and shadowing senior staff to learn about the F&B operations, including kitchen work, food preparation techniques, and bar management.
- Attending training sessions related to food safety, service standards, and hospitality practices.
5. Customer Interaction:
- Assisting with guest relations by providing a positive and friendly experience.
- Handling complaints or issues with supervision and finding ways to resolve them efficiently.
6. Event Coordination:
