Translator(Japanese - English) - Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12055)

Job Description:
・Translate and prepare comprehensive claim reports from Japanese to English and vice versa accurately
・Assist in handling technical amendments and revisions in documentation, manuals, and other technical materials
・Translate technical content from Japanese to English and ensure clarity and accuracy in the translated materials
・Translate and make external announcements to Japanese customers on Technical, Quality and Sales related issues
・Compose, translate, and respond to emails in Japanese, maintaining professional and clear communication
・Deal with Japanese Suppliers - serve as a liaison between the organization and Japanese suppliers
・Communicate and negotiate with Japanese suppliers to ensure smooth transactions and resolve any issues
・Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English for internal coordination, including collaborating with team members and participating in meetings
・To carry out any other duties as and when directed by Managing Director or superior.

Requirement:

・Diploma/Degree in any field
・3-5 years working experience in any field
・Excellent written & verbal communications in Japanese (JPLT >N2 level) and English language.
・Able to start work immediately will be added advantage (within 1 month notice)

※8-10 Saturday work in a year
