Get to know the role:
You'll assist with administrative tasks, data management, and project support. Ideal for students pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist the manager in day-to-day tasks such as handling phone calls, managing emails, taking meeting minutes, filing documents & coordinating appointments.
- Data Management: Update and maintain databases, records and files with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Project Assistance: Collaborate with different departments to provide assistance in ongoing projects. This may involve research, data analysis, and preparing presentations.
- Special Events: Support in organizing company events, workshops or meetings as required.
- Learning & Development: Take advantage of the learning opportunities during the internship to grow professionally and gain insights into business operations.
You should have:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Has at least 4-6 months of internship duration.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English is essential for effective interaction within the team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) and other relevant software tools.
- Attention to detail: Possess a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in document preparation and administrative tasks.
- Time management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
