We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing to join our team, focusing on promoting corporate training solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to expand our client base. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of corporate training needs, and the ability to develop tailored solutions for businesses.

Sales:

  • Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and meetings to showcase training solutions.
  • Understand client needs and customize training offerings to meet their specific goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote corporate training programs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Organize events, webinars, or workshops to showcase training services.
  • Collaborate with the content and product development teams to create effective promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Open to Fresh Graduates as well
  • extensive experience in sales and marketing, preferably in corporate training or education.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of corporate training trends and employee development programs.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
