Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various department
  • Assist in day to day finance and administration tasks
  • Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence with professionalism

Requirement

  • Diploma in Business Administrative Management or related field
  • Strong organization skills and attention in details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • A team player with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Good command in both written and verbal
  • Excellent learning skills and fast learner
  • A responsible and discipline person
  • Mandarin speaker is preferred

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
