  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Perform cleaning and repair work on any equipment and monitor and record any damage and perform repairs for MMASB/ALAM use where necessary to support operational needs.
  • Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve with minimal downtime to production to ensure disruptions are minimized.
  • Carry out diagnosis of faults, the maintenance, and repairs to all types of equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner and return equipment to operational service.
  • Estimate length of time required to complete a job and likely consequences of failure to complete work within required timescales.
  • Identify and escalate any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage to avoid HSE incidents.
  • Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management to facilitate decision making.
  • Ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations.
  • Identify spares requirements and log usage for ease of reference.
  • Assist in the development of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules. Carry out PPM schedules as necessary and planned work orders as required and provide feedback to develop the structured system.
  • Assist with the moving, installation, repositioning of machines and equipment. Make full use of the computerized maintenance management system to maintain accuracy and minimize placement issues.
  • Ensure that contractors are utilised in accordance with Company’s procedures. Ensure and monitor the work of contractors to safeguard Company’s interests at all times.

EXPERIENCE:

  • relevant working experience as Assistant Architect or Technical Assistant (civil), Project Supervisor or Site Supervisor.
  • Able to work during weekend and Public Holidays if required by the Management.
  • Able to work under pressure.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Diploma in civil engineering or Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or Diploma in Architecture other relevant qualification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
