We are excited to be looking for a Kitchen Chef to join our team!

Requirements

Candidate possess at least SPM/Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in Culinary or equivalent to at least 2 year working experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and best practices.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written)
Be able to work in a good teamwork.
Be able to work as full time position.
Be able to work on weekends and public holiday.

Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of quality and cope with fast-paced operations.
Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically according to the standard of the cafe.
Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties.
Maintain and ensure the cleanliness the hygiene of the kitchen food.
Refer to the list of needed ingredients on a day-to-day basis and check inventory.
Be able to communicate in a good way to the kitchen team and service crew.

Salary: RM 1,600 - RM 4,500 per month
