Requirements
- Candidate possess at least SPM/Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in Culinary or equivalent to at least 2 year working experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and best practices.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written)
- Be able to work in a good teamwork.
- Be able to work as full time position.
- Be able to work on weekends and public holiday.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of quality and cope with fast-paced operations.
- Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically according to the standard of the cafe.
- Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties.
- Maintain and ensure the cleanliness the hygiene of the kitchen food.
- Refer to the list of needed ingredients on a day-to-day basis and check inventory.
- Be able to communicate in a good way to the kitchen team and service crew.
Salary: RM 1,600 - RM 4,500 per month
