Cold Stone Creamery is looking for fresh faces to join our team and deliver The Ultimate Ice Cream Experience TM to our customer.

Main responsibilities:
- Assist HR Exe for office administration.
- Assist HR Exe for update staff attendance and leave record on daily basis.
- Manage and maintain a filing system and stationery.
- Assist HR Exe to organize and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Data entry
- Perform any ad-hoc HR & Admin job assignments as and when required
- To organize and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Assist HR Exe to manage HR management system (Recruitment, Orientation, Manage training, Payroll, Benefit & Compensation).
- Work closely with various department and hiring managers on their recruitment and staff requirement.
- Maintain personnel data integrity in HR systems, personal files & HR records according to company standard & requirement.
Requirements:
- Training are provided
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Experience in administration is an added advantage
- Minimum Professional Certificate/Equivalent
- Hiring is immediate (Kemasukan Segera)
- Prefer candidates with own transport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
