  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Duties and Responsible:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Town Planner to join our team. As a Town Planner, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the town planning aspects of township and various types of projects. Your role will involve coordination with regulatory authorities, designing efficient land use plans, and ensuring compliance with zoning regulations and urban development policies.

  • Coordinate layout submissions to the authorities and liaise with various government agencies for the approval of layout plans.
  • Assist in preparing concept plans for the development of the land bank.
  • Execute any other tasks as required by the superior or other designated personnel of the Company.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in town/regional/urban planning.
  • Minimum 5years experience in property development, related field or equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in designing and preparing layouts using AutoCAD.
  • Possess experience in liaising with local authorities, equipped with strong customer service skills.
  • Successful candidate will be located at Taman Abad ,Johor Bahru.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
