  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Basic salary : RM3800 per month + commission

Working Hours : Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)

Working Location : Hybrid/KL Sentral

Job Brief :

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring our sales training programs. You'll help our sales team develop necessary skills and knowledge to boost their performance.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and deliver sales training programs for new and existing sales staff.
  • Identify individual and team training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Develop training materials and aids such as manuals and handbooks.
  • Monitor sales objectives and results.

Requirements and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Training Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to design and execute training programs.
  • Strong organizational and team management skills.
