Gintell established in the year 1996 and has been expanding its business and have distribution network of more than 100 outlets throughout Southeast Asia.
Job Responsibilities
- To promote/market Gintell Products.
- To provide customer service for walk-in/phone call customers.
- To make sure hit sales target for every month.
- Manage sales performance of a branch in align with weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
- Conducting sales and product related training to showroom staffs.
- Manage the discipline of showroom's staff.
Job Requirements
- SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Retail Management or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years working experience in retail management, Sales & Marketing.
- Possess retail operations experience inclusive of Sales Management, Product Display, Stock, Training & Development of staff and Inventory Management.
- Possess positive attitude and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Must be willing to work during weekends/Public Holiday.
Basic pay + Commission + Overriding = salary average RM3000 to RM5,000 a month.
