  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards and the needs of the organization.
  • Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media.

  • Ensures compliance with local employment laws and regulations and company policies.
  • Tracking Manpower Sourcing information.
  • Communicate with Hiring Managers and clients.
  • Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants.
  • Prepare report on a monthly basis.
  • Work independently with a minimum of supervision.
  • Establish and maintain effective and good customer services.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
