  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees within the Group.
  • Ensure all payroll-related matters are handled systematically, accurately, and promptly.
  • Administer payroll information regarding salaries, benefits, and compensations, including new hires, resignations, promotions, unpaid leave, staff repayments, overtime, bonuses,outstation allowances etc.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, including letters of employment, confirmations, promotions,extensions, increments, and resignations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handle all tax matters, including Forms CP22, CP22A, and PCB/TP3, from new employee
  • Ensure timely preparation and payment of statutory contributions (KWSP, SOCSO, EIS)
  • Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure clear communication of compensation
  • Perform HR operational tasks, including personnel data administration, organization data
  • Maintain and update staff records, ensuring proper filing for documentation purposes.
  • Prepare monthly HR-related metrics reports for management’s review, including staff cost
  • Manage and coordinate audit processes related to payroll and HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements, providing necessary
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
