What you'll be doing
- Handling the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Administering and maintaining employee records and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinating and delivering HR-related training and development programmes
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Processing monthly payroll for Outlet level employees (Malaysia & Singapore) Employees with or without Singapore Labor law knowledge are welcomed to apply
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and Payroll (Retail payroll experience is preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Proficient in HR information systems and data management
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
