Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator cum Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a versatile professional who combines administrative duties with coordination tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including travel booking, managing office supplies, meeting scheduling and handling email.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and organize office activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate office space allocation and layout changes.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
  • Manage company rental apartment (regular maintenance)
Qualifications

Must Have Experience:
  • 4+ years proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, personal assistant or relevant role.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures (E.g. understanding who to contact and the appropriate steps to take when issues arise)
  • Basic accounting principles (E.g. accounts receivable, accounts payable and invoices processing).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
Education

High school diploma; BSc/BA in Office Administration or relevant field is preferred.
