As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. You will work closely with the executive team to design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures while maintaining operational excellence and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership initiatives to steer the company's future under the company vision.
  • Designing communication policies for employees and building core teams alongside the human resource department.
  • Evaluating the performance of the business by analyzing data.
  • Comply with all internal control system, procedures and employment policies implemented by the Company from time to time.
  • Responsible to provide strategic, financial and operational leadership for the company in line with its vision and mission.
  • Responsible in ensuring the achievement of business and financial targets.
  • Responsible to manage the company's resources effectively and ensure that the company is run responsibly efficiently.
  • To adhere to specific internally developed control systems and authorities to set a good example and to encourage all employees to conduct their activities in accordance with all applicable laws, the Company's laws, and the company's standards and policies.

    Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master Degree in Business Management, Business Administrative, and any relevant study field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years working experience in a top-level management role.
  • Possess strong communications, leadership skills with strong financial and business acumen.
  • Result proven driven with track record of exceptional performance and high productivity.
