Job Description: Sales Manager

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree

· Experienced Professional – 5 to 7 years’ working experience in Sales with a proven sales record.

· Must have a genuine passion to excel as a Successful Sales Professional

· Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to details

· Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia with other languages as and added benefit.

· Basic Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Communications, Presentation.

· The ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines as set by both the company and customers alike.

· Administrative and project management excellence and the ability to multi-task. Ability to work with personnel of various levels within the organization.

· Ability to understand the Sales role clearly, identify the company’s strengths and translate them into winning benefits to win over new customers

· Enthusiastic and creative with a great sense of humor

· Strong market sensibilities and with the ability to target and covert potential customers.

· Pro-active and able to work independently based on the set guidelines and targets set

· Sound Working Experience in the Telecommunication or related fields handling a wide range of cliental is a clear advantage

You will:

Reporting directly to the Sales Director/Head, your main job responsibilities include:

· Selling the agreed Company’s stable of products and value-added services .

· Achieve the agreed sales target and KPIs set by the company.

· Sourcing and Analyzing sales data to identify and prepare proposals , sales forecasts, potential customer targets, sales follow-up action, etc. within your assigned territory, for further development through Growth Account Management;

· Managing customer relationships, AR collection and ensure continuous engagement in delivering excellent customer service;

· Collaborate and coordinate activities with HQ.

· Willing to work in in any Orient Telecoms assigned office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
